    Our base 3D scanning price covers properties up to 2000 sq. feet. This package includes 6 months of model hosting, 2 exterior 360º views, Dollhouse view, 2D photo-realistic interactive floor plan. All Models are VR-enabled, and we provide both branded & unbranded links.

    Tailor your scan purchase with the following optional add-ons.
  • Base scans include 6-months of hosting. Additional hosting blocks can be purchased here.

  • Create 20 still images from the 3D scan content.
  • Enabling the Highlight Reel makes it possible to create 15 position tour throughout the property.
  • Include Mattertags inside the 3D tour. Client is responsible for supplying all text to be placed within each tag.
  • Include a schematic floor plan to be provided as a PDF document.
  • For homes larger than our base scanning size (2000 sq. feet), we charge $0.10/sq.ft. in blocks of 100 sq.ft.

  • Scanning Notes

    * Total scanned square footage will be the listed sq.ft. plus the estimated sq.ft. of any additional space (basement, attic, porch, deck, etc.) ** Payment due before appointment via this online payment system. Any unexpected square footage charges will be due after the scanning appointment but before the scan is processed & posted.

  • Purchase Scan
